Finance Officer

Background

The Role We are looking for a multifaceted Finance Officer dedicated to impacting our organizational growth and achieving our set strategic objectives while also achieving career growth and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee achievement of organizational financial goals and objectives. 
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Manage financial health of the organization.
  • Develop and implement budgets and financial forecasting.
  • Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
  • Oversee implementation  of finance policies.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-efficiency opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Finance Officer.
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting & modeling. 
  • BSc in finance, accounting or relevant field.
  • CPA (K) in good standing.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Intermediate computer and advanced MS excel skills.

Collections Officer

Background

The Role We are looking for a multifaceted Collections Officer dedicated to attending to customers’ accounts and ensuring timely loan repayments while also enhancing exquisite customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up and following up customers to make payments.
  • Responding to customer questions and concerns.
  • Advising customers on their payment options.
  • Advise customers on suitable payment plans.
  • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding balances.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.
  • Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
