Finance Officer
Background

The Role We are looking for a multifaceted Finance Officer dedicated to impacting our organizational growth and achieving our set strategic objectives while also achieving career growth and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee achievement of organizational financial goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Manage financial health of the organization.
- Develop and implement budgets and financial forecasting.
- Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
- Oversee implementation of finance policies.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-efficiency opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Finance Officer.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting & modeling.
- BSc in finance, accounting or relevant field.
- CPA (K) in good standing.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Intermediate computer and advanced MS excel skills.

Collections Officer
Background

The Role We are looking for a multifaceted Collections Officer dedicated to attending to customers’ accounts and ensuring timely loan repayments while also enhancing exquisite customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and following up customers to make payments.
- Responding to customer questions and concerns.
- Advising customers on their payment options.
- Advise customers on suitable payment plans.
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding balances.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.
- Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
- Intermediate computer skills.
